Deerfield Free store (DFS) began in January 2022 as a grassroot volunteer organization at Holy Cross School in Deerfield. DFS helps recently arrived refugees to set up their new homes by providing free household goods, furniture and clothing. The refugees are from Afghanistan, Ukraine, Russia, Syria, and many more countries. All items received at DFS are by generous donors.
